Find a hidden deal or inactive promo code
A promotion switched off by hand stays in the list and can be enabled again.
On the web
- Open Deals or Promo Codes and open the filter menu (the button with three lines).
- Choose Hidden to find promotions switched off by hand. Choose Expired for promotions whose end date has passed.
- Open the deal, turn Active on and choose Save Changes, or open the promo code’s ⋯ menu and choose Activate.
Turning a promotion off keeps its dates. A hidden promotion can remain in the Active or Upcoming date filter too.
In the app
- Open Deals or Promo codes from More, or from the sidebar on a wide iPad.
- Check Active for promotions that have not ended, including ones switched off by hand. Check Expired for ended promotions.
- A switched-off deal says Hidden; a switched-off promo code says Inactive. Tap it (on a wide iPad, then choose Edit), turn Active on and tap the checkmark. You can also swipe the row and tap the eye button. For a promo code on a wide iPad, the eye button above the details does the same.
Check its validity dates too: switching a promotion on does not extend its end date.
