The website is operated by Roman Krusman (Mise, Tallinn, Estonia), who provides restaurants and shops with the Mise platform.

2. What the website is for

The website introduces the Mise platform. The descriptions and pricing models published here are information, not a binding offer.

The terms, price and scope of the service are agreed with each client separately, in a written contract.

3. Intellectual property

The text, design, the Mise trade mark and the software behind this website belong to Roman Krusman or are used with the rights holder’s permission. They may not be copied, altered or used without written consent.

4. Third-party websites

Links to clients’ websites (for example Sakura and Bertrand Fish Gourmet) lead to independent sites, whose content, terms and data processing are the responsibility of their owners.

5. Liability

We keep the content of this website up to date, but do not guarantee that it is complete, free of errors or continuously available.

We are not liable for damage arising from the use of information published on the website or from the website being temporarily unavailable.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are resolved in Harju County Court, unless the law provides otherwise.
