Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller of personal data is Roman Krusman (Mise, Tallinn, Estonia). For data protection questions, write to support@mise-app.ee.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form: your name, the restaurant’s name (if you give it), your e-mail address and your message.

Server logs: the IP address and the time of the request, which the hosting provider keeps for a short period for security and fault detection.

3. Why, and on what basis

We use the contact form data only to answer your enquiry and to negotiate possible cooperation. The basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

4. How the data is processed

The contents of the form are sent to us as an e-mail through the Resend service (Resend, Inc.) and kept in our mailbox. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. in a data centre located in the European Union.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone other than the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf and on our instructions.

5. How long the data is kept

We keep enquiry data until the enquiry is resolved, and no longer than 12 months after the last correspondence. If we enter into a contract, we retain the data in line with contractual and accounting requirements.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to request its erasure or the restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to receive the data in a machine-readable form. To do so, write to support@mise-app.ee.

If you consider that we are infringing your rights, you have the right to turn to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

8. Changes

We update this policy when needed. The version in force is always on this page.
