Change the order of categories
Put categories in the order you want customers to see them.
On the web
- Open Menu, or Products for a shop, choose the gear button at the top of the page, then Manage categories.
- Choose Edit. Drag each category by its handle to the new position.
- Choose Done when the order looks right.
Each move saves as you drop it. Edit appears when there are at least two categories.
On iPhone and iPad
- Open Menu or Products, tap ⋯, then Manage categories. On a wide iPad, tap the folder button in the bar above the detail area; close an item you are editing first if the bar does not show it.
- Tap Edit, drag the handles beside the categories, then tap the checkmark.
Categories cannot be moved while a category search is active. Clear the search to see the whole list.
