Add or replace an item photo

On the web

1. Open the item to edit it, or choose Edit from its ⋯ menu.
2. If there is no photo, choose Click to upload. To replace one, open the photo’s ⋯ menu and choose Replace image.
3. Choose a file and wait for uploading to finish. If the upload fails, choose Retry. After a few seconds the message folds into a red ! button, which brings Retry back.
4. Choose Save Changes, or Create Item for a new item. Uploading a photo alone does not save it to the item.

The photo menu also has Framing and Remove image. Saving the item applies those edits too.

In the app

1. Open the item’s edit form. Tap Add photo, or tap the existing photo to manage its pictures.
2. Finish with the checkmark in the top bar. Photo changes stay in the edit form until you save.
